The situation remained tense along the Line of Contact overnight after Azerbaijan’s armed forces launched fresh raids against eastern and northern Armenian defense posts in the late hours of Tuesday.

 


The adversary violated the ceasefire 80 times, releasing 850 gunshots against Armenian military positions weapons of different calibers (including the 85mm divisional gun D-44 and 60mm and 82mm mine launchers.


In an official press release issued Wednesday morning, Nagorno-Karabakh’s Ministry of Defense says its advance military units took retaliatory action to suppress the adversary, confidently continuing their military vigil.
